Terms governing your use of Nord Paradigm products and services. Last updated: April 25, 2026.
These terms govern your use of the products and services offered by Nord Paradigm Inc. (“Nord Paradigm,” “we,” “us”) through nordparadigm.com, breach.nordparadigm.com, breche.nordparadigm.com, pro.nordparadigm.com, and any related domains. By using our products, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our products. By using our products, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you use our products on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Breach (Free): An automated AI transformation analysis tool that generates a report based on publicly available information about a business you identify by URL.
Breach Pro (Agency private beta): A deeper AI visibility analysis delivered as a co-branded report to agency partners, covering comparative AI visibility, competitor pressure, cited sources, proof gaps, and a 90-day action plan. Currently offered as a private beta; access runs through Nord Paradigm rather than self-serve purchase.
Our reports are informational tools, not professional advice. Specifically:
All sales are final after report delivery.
If a report fails to deliver due to a technical error attributable to us, we will, at our discretion, regenerate the report or issue a refund for the affected purchase. To request a refund under this clause, contact dominic@nordparadigm.com within 14 days of purchase, describing the issue. Our automated quality gate validates every report before delivery to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you believe your delivered report contains a material error, contact us and we will review the issue.
This refund policy does not affect statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
By submitting a company URL to our products, you represent that you are authorized to request analysis of the URL, either as the owner, operator, or representative of the business, or as a person with a legitimate business interest in analyzing it.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to refuse service, decline to generate a report, or terminate your access if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that your use violates these terms.
You retain all rights to content you submit (such as URLs and intake form answers). By submitting content, you grant Nord Paradigm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content as necessary to provide the products to you and to improve our products on an aggregated, anonymized basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our products and reports are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any warranty or right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to our products or these terms, regardless of the cause of action, will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars ($100 CAD).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nord Paradigm, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, content you submit to our products, or your use of any report in a manner that exceeds the license granted in these terms.
You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue our products. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including the IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law sections) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Quebec, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Chicoutimi, Province of Quebec, Canada, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our products.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at dominic@nordparadigm.com and allowing us 30 days to respond and, where possible, resolve the matter informally.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, government actions, infrastructure failures, or third-party service provider outages.
Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nord Paradigm regarding our products.
Changes to these terms: We may update these terms as our products evolve. Material changes will be communicated on our website and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Assignment: You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Language: These terms are available in English and French. In the event of a conflict between versions, the French version will prevail in respect of customers domiciled in Quebec, and the English version will prevail otherwise.
