These terms govern your use of the products and services offered by Nord Paradigm Inc. (“Nord Paradigm,” “we,” “us”) through nordparadigm.com and breach.nordparadigm.com. By using our products, you agree to these terms.
Our Products
Breach (Free): An automated AI disruption analysis tool that generates a report based on publicly available information about a business you identify by URL.
Breach Pro (Paid): A paid AI response plan that includes competitor analysis, tool recommendations, a GEO scorecard, governance-readiness scoring, implementation priorities, and an executive-ready action plan. Delivered as a PDF report.
Nature of Our Reports
Our reports are informational tools, not professional advice. Specifically:
- Breach and Breach Pro reports are generated using artificial intelligence and publicly available data. They are not audits, certifications, or compliance assessments.
- Reports do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, or professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before making business decisions based on our reports.
- AI tool recommendations are informational. We are not affiliated with and do not endorse any third-party tools mentioned in our reports. Verify suitability for your needs before purchasing any recommended tool.
- Regulatory references (including references to Loi 25, PIPEDA, and evolving federal AI regulation) are provided for awareness only and do not constitute legal interpretation or compliance guidance.
- Funding and grant information, where included, is indicative only. Eligibility must be confirmed directly with the relevant program administrator.
Accuracy and Limitations
- Our reports rely on publicly available information, web scraping, and AI analysis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
- Competitor analysis is based on what is publicly observable on competitor websites at the time of generation. It may not reflect the full scope of a competitor’s capabilities or plans.
- GEO scores and readiness assessments are diagnostic indicators, not definitive measurements.
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from following any recommendations in our reports.
Payment and Delivery
- Breach Pro is a one-time purchase per company URL.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
- Reports are delivered electronically via email with a download link.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes (GST/QST).
No Refunds
All sales are final. Our automated quality gate validates every report before delivery to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you believe your report contains a material error, contact dominic@nordparadigm.com and we will review the issue.
Intellectual Property
- The report we generate for you is yours to use for your internal business purposes.
- You may share your report with your advisors, partners, and team members.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish our reports.
- The Breach and Breach Pro methodology, scoring systems, prompt architecture, and report templates remain the intellectual property of Nord Paradigm Inc.
- Nord Paradigm, Breach, Breach Pro, Radar, Prism, and associated logos are trademarks of Nord Paradigm Inc.
Your Responsibilities
- You represent that the company URL you submit is a business you own, operate, or have authority to analyze.
- You represent that competitor URLs you provide are businesses you genuinely consider competitors, not individuals or private entities you wish to investigate.
- You will not use our products to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, automate access to, or resell our products.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nord Paradigm’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the judicial district of Chicoutimi.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our products evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers and posted on our website. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
