HANDS-ON AI SUPPORT WITH DOMINIC-ANDRÉ

Learn to use AI in your own business.

You want to spend less time on repetitive tasks and use AI with confidence. I work alongside you on your real business tasks, helping you prepare documents, find information, and simplify follow-ups. You learn by practising, get answers to your questions, and develop methods you can reuse in your business.

From choosing software to using it.

You run a business and want to know which AI tools can actually help. We start with your tasks, your budget, and the software you already use to choose what fits.

I work with you on setup: installation when needed, configuration, and initial testing. You then learn to use the tools on your own work, with my support between sessions.

You do not need prior AI experience. We start with your level, choose one useful priority and make time to practise between sessions.

How we work together.

We choose the right software.

You show me how you work. We compare options based on your needs, budget, access, and the tools you already have.

We set it up together.

I help you install software when needed, configure it, and prepare initial instructions. We check what works in your environment.

You learn by practising.

We work on a specific task. You learn to write clear requests, review answers, and adjust the tool. You then try it between sessions.

AI applied to your everyday work.

We choose uses based on your priorities. These are examples of tasks we can learn and work through together.

Prepare a proposal

Learn to turn your notes and information into a first draft, then review it so it reflects your offer.

Find information

Learn to ask questions of your reference documents and check sources to find the information you need.

Work through emails

Learn to summarize a conversation, draft a reply, and identify next actions, while keeping final approval.

Organize follow-ups

Turn meeting notes into an action list, then learn to prepare your follow-ups with AI.

One priority, with progress you can check.

When the task, access and examples are ready, we aim for an early result you can test in real work. The first session may begin with setup or an initial trial. Timing depends on the task and preparation; a usable result in the first session is not guaranteed.

01

Record the starting point.

Before the first working session, a startup form records the task, its frequency, time spent, rework and expected result. Dominic-André uses your priorities and examples to prepare an initial plan.

02

Simplify before automating.

We remove unnecessary steps, identify approved sources and decide where AI can help. You retain the checks and decisions that need human judgment.

03

Test and document what works.

Between sessions, you practise on real cases and record questions, exceptions and corrections. We keep reusable instructions and a plain-language operating record: what the process does, its limits and how to check the result.

04

Review the gains each month.

The monthly review tracks actual use, time before and after, rework, quality and costs. Verified time saved is reported separately from financial value estimated with an agreed method. The estimate is not a guaranteed accounting saving.

Clear responsibilities.

You retain the operating knowledge and final decision. Nord Paradigm brings the method, supported implementation, and measurement.

What you do

  • Show how the process actually works
  • Provide the examples, access, and decisions it needs
  • Approve sources and acceptable results
  • Test between sessions and record exceptions
  • Retain the final decision when an output can have a consequence

What Nord Paradigm does

  • Frame and simplify the process with you
  • Guide the configuration and build the agreed elements
  • Document how it works, its limits, and its controls
  • Answer bounded questions between sessions
  • Maintain the progress record and monthly value report

Daily practice that I share with you.

At Nord Paradigm, I use AI agents, company memory, and automated processes in my own work. I draw on that experience to help you choose and use your tools.

Take preparing a document: we choose useful sources, write an initial request, and compare the draft with what you need. You learn to adjust the request and keep reusable instructions.

What matters for your business is what you can use after the session. We look at what works, what still needs correction, and what you can do on your own.

For more detail, our guide to hands-on AI support explains how to test AI in real work and track what improves.

Work is carried out in alignment with Quebec's Law 25 and the governance requirements applicable to your context, without replacing legal or compliance advice.

Your questions before getting started.

Do I need any AI experience?

No. We start with your experience level and your work. I explain the tools as we go, and you practise on your own tasks.

How do you choose the software?

We look at your needs, budget, current software, the data you want to use, and the access required. We compare options and subscription costs to choose what fits your business.

Will you help me install and configure the tools?

Yes. I help you install software when needed, configure the tools, and run initial tests, based on your access and your company’s rules.

Can we keep my current tools?

We start by looking at the tools you already have and what they can do. If another application is a better fit, we review the benefits, costs, and changes involved together.

What happens in the first session?

You show me a task you would like to improve. We choose a first priority and suitable tools. Depending on available access and complexity, we begin setup or an initial test.

What should I do between sessions?

You try what we have prepared in your work and note your questions, difficulties, and what helps. You can message me for support, and we make adjustments together.

How do we measure the gains?

We record a starting point, then track task frequency, time before and after, actual use, rework, quality and costs. The monthly review separates verified time saved from financial value estimated with an agreed method. The estimate is not a guaranteed accounting saving.

How do the 90 days work?

The engagement is designed for 90 days and billed monthly. It includes two 60-minute working sessions per month and unlimited messaging support. You can cancel after the first month. If you continue beyond 90 days, we review results and next priorities.

What if specialist implementation is required?

Custom software, complex integrations, and production infrastructure may require a qualified technical partner. We clarify the next steps together based on access and requirements, with no partner imposed and no automatic promise of external delivery.
