The founder
Where aeronautical precision meets AI governance.
Founded by Dominic-André Leclerc, a 21-year Royal Canadian Air Force veteran who served as an avionics systems technician. As an AF9000+ Lead Auditor, he was responsible for quality management compliance across complex aeronautical systems: critical processes with zero margin for error.
That career built something specific: the ability to audit complex systems, identify governance gaps, and build structured remediation plans. When AI began transforming every industry, few organizations were building the governance structures to sustain it. Nord Paradigm was founded to bridge that gap.
