Founded by Dominic-André Leclerc, a 21-year Royal Canadian Air Force veteran who served as an avionics systems technician. As an AF9000+ Lead Auditor, he was responsible for quality management compliance across complex aeronautical systems, ensuring that critical processes met rigorous standards with zero margin for error.
That career built something specific: the ability to audit complex systems, identify governance gaps, and build structured remediation plans. When AI began transforming every industry, Dominic recognized that the same discipline was urgently needed. Organizations were moving fast, but few were building the governance structures to sustain it.
Nord Paradigm was founded to bridge that gap. Based in Quebec and serving clients in both English and French, the firm combines hands-on AI expertise with aeronautical audit methodology.
