Dominic-André Leclerc

Dominic spent 21 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force, reaching the rank of Warrant Officer as an avionics systems technician. As an AF9000+ Lead Auditor, he assessed critical processes in environments where evidence, traceability, and discipline were not optional.

That experience shapes Nord Paradigm’s work: read public and internal signals, separate what is demonstrated from what is assumed, then translate the findings into clear priorities for Quebec and Canadian SMEs and organizations.

Breach and Breach Pro apply that logic to AI visibility and positioning: what AI can understand, which proof supports the business, where competitors appear stronger, and what to fix first. Prism and ISO 42001 advisory extend the same discipline into internal governance.

Nord Paradigm is based in Quebec and works in both French and English. The company uses AI daily across research, product development, and operations, while Dominic formalizes his practice through ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor, and IAPP AIGP.
