I started Nord Paradigm to help small business owners use AI to tackle their challenges: showing up in AI searches, attracting the right clients, freeing up time, and improving profitability. I want AI to make a practical difference to how their businesses run and grow.
I spent 21 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force, reaching the rank of Warrant Officer as an avionics systems technician. As an AF9000+ Lead Auditor, I assessed critical processes where decisions had to be supported by evidence and procedures had to work in practice.
I bring that discipline to AI: understand what a tool can do, test it against a real need, and check the results. I use AI every day in my own research, products, and operations.
