Choose the evidence and support you need before deciding what to fix.
If you know your services and market and want a clear path from diagnosis to action, Breach Pro is our recommendation for deciding what to fix and how to move forward. The C$999 audit, plus tax, includes AI visibility findings, competitor evidence, a 90-day action plan and a 45-minute debrief. You can implement the plan with your team or agency, or ask Nord Paradigm to carry out agreed work through a separate implementation engagement.
Disclosure: Nord Paradigm publishes this guide and provides Breach Pro. We compare public offers, not independently tested service quality. Providers are listed alphabetically, not ranked.
The choice changes if your priority is a lower initial fee, a package of prepared website corrections or a broader agency programme. The comparison below identifies those alternatives and the questions worth asking each provider.
What decision should your audit help you make?
An AI visibility audit should help you understand where your business appears in relevant buyer answers, how competitors appear, and which public information deserves attention. Providers also call this work AEO, or answer engine optimization, and GEO, or generative engine optimization. The label does not define the deliverables.
Before choosing a provider, name the decision you need to make. Are you preparing a website revision? Giving your agency priorities? Checking whether assistants describe the right services and market? Those questions help define a useful audit.
Three distinctions matter. A mention can be inaccurate or unfavourable. Different questions and repeated runs are different units of work. An action plan guides implementation; confirm whether the quoted service also carries out changes.
How we compared the services
We reviewed public paid-audit offers on October 16, 2026, selecting services with published pricing and an analysis or action-plan component. This is a shortlist of Quebec and Canadian options, not the whole market.
We use the same criteria: price, questions, AI coverage, published repetitions, deliverables, delivery and included review time. “Not stated” means the reviewed page does not specify it; it does not mean the provider omits that work. In particular, an unpublished repetition count must not be read as a single run.
Before ordering, confirm taxes, currency where unclear, site size, languages, service area and final scope. Prices starting at an amount require a quote.
Side-by-side comparison: scope, price and support
The table separates testing scope from delivery and review. Engine names and Google AI search features are not interchangeable; confirm the exact experience being tested.
| Service | Published price | Testing scope | Main deliverables | Delivery and review |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Breach Pro | C$999 + tax, one-time | Google AI Overviews; core battery of 24 distinct questions in ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, 3 runs per question per engine; up to 3 competitors | 12–14-page report, supporting evidence, 90-day action plan | 3 business days after questionnaire and payment; 45-minute debrief |
| DevForge Sprint Visibilité IA | 795 $ + taxes; currency not specified | 20 queries; ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overview check; 2 competitors; repetition count not stated | Prepared corrections and 90-day priorities | 5–7 business days after required information; 45-minute review and day-30 follow-up |
| Digitad | From 1,990 $ for small sites; currency not specified | Multiple AI search experiences; question and repetition counts not stated | Technical, content and authority assessment; PDF, Looker Studio, recommendations | Generally 2–5 weeks; review duration not stated |
| Fade Digital | C$499, one-time | 6 named engines; market-researched prompts; question and repetition counts not stated | Human-reviewed findings, competitor gaps, prioritized fixes | 3–5 business days; review duration not stated |

Which provider should you shortlist?
Breach Pro
Scope: Google AI Overviews, buyer-question testing, competitor comparison and a 90-day plan, with a 45-minute debrief. Optional implementation and follow-up let you continue with Nord Paradigm after the audit.
Best fit: An owner or marketing lead with a defined service and market who wants evidence, priorities and a route to getting the work done. You can use your existing team or ask Nord Paradigm to scope and deliver the next steps.
Confirm before buying: The language and market for the tests, then the scope and price of any implementation you want. The audit, implementation and follow-up are separate decisions. Published offer.
DevForge Sprint Visibilité IA
Scope: Testing plus prepared metadata, FAQ and Google Business corrections, a 90-day plan, a 45-minute review and day-30 follow-up.
Best fit: A small website owner who wants prepared corrections alongside the assessment. DevForge also advertises a conditional Sprint credit toward a monthly plan or website rebuild.
Confirm before buying: The standard package covers up to 20 pages, one language and one location, without ecommerce. Bilingual or more complex projects require a separate quote; kit installation is advertised with a monthly plan, subject to access and platform compatibility. Published offer.
Digitad
Scope: AI visibility combined with technical, content and authority assessment, with PDF and Looker Studio reporting. Digitad also offers implementation through a separate one-off or monthly engagement.
Best fit: A team seeking a broader agency assessment across these disciplines.
Confirm before buying: The final fee and currency, question set, tested AI experiences and included results review. The starting price is for small sites, not a quote for every project. Published offer.
Fade Digital
Scope: A human-reviewed audit with competitor analysis and prioritized fixes across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok and Copilot.
Best fit: A buyer prioritizing the C$499 initial fee and the advertised six-engine coverage.
Confirm before buying: The number and relevance of questions, repetitions and how the findings are discussed. Fade also offers a separately quoted 30-day implementation sprint without a required monthly retainer. Published offer.
Falia
Scope: Citation findings, site-readiness assessment and a prioritized roadmap, with final scope defined through a call.
Best fit: A team wanting to agree a broader agency assessment before selecting further work.
Confirm before buying: The testing protocol, final fee and included results review. The audit can stand alone; Falia also advertises an audit-and-upgrade package from $5,000, with scope to be agreed. Published offer.
North SEO
Scope: A standalone audit covering Google AI features and assistants, with a competitor/source map, technical review and 90-day roadmap.
Best fit: A buyer who wants Google AI Mode and AI Overviews explicitly in the published scope, with a plan another team can use.
Confirm before buying: Question selection, repetitions and the results-review format. Its 30–50 prompts are distinct from Breach Pro’s repeated executions; those numbers are not a quality ranking. North SEO also offers ongoing implementation separately from the standalone audit. Published offer.
What Breach Pro’s public report helps you decide
For the buyer described at the start, the useful combination is evidence, priorities and help moving into action. Repeated tests reveal variability, the roadmap organizes the work, and the debrief helps you choose the next step: your team implements it, Nord Paradigm scopes the work with you, or both collaborate.
Breach Pro covers Google AI Overviews. Its core assistant battery uses 24 tailored buyer questions: 16 supplier-discovery scenarios and 8 expertise scenarios, tested in ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. Three runs per question in those three engines means 216 planned executions when all are available, not 216 different questions. Google AI Overviews are examined in a separate dated, unscored snapshot, outside those 216 executions. Up to three competitors are assessed using the same buyer questions. The report also examines Google Business reputation, content citability, structured data, platform presence and crawler access. The English methodology explains the current protocol and scoring.
Here is a concrete example from the public anonymized real-estate report dated September 2026. Names, locations and identifying details were changed, and questions were reformulated to protect identity. It illustrates the deliverable; it is not a client testimonial or a before-and-after result.
- Where visibility varies. For a buyer whose growing team needs larger offices, the report classifies the business’s result as partial, with a signal in Claude. Two competitors have confirmed results. A different question about commercial and industrial space for small businesses produces a confirmed result for the business: its presence varies with the need expressed.
- What buyers find elsewhere. The public-path comparison records offer-based navigation at one competitor and structured inquiry forms at two competitors. The plan proposes dedicated pages for each property category, property listings with current availability, and routing inquiries to the right adviser.
- What could become an implementation engagement. Page 10 proposes a pilot that sorts inquiry emails and drafts responses for human approval, limited to one inbox with no automatic sending. The debrief can help you discuss which buyer needs to address and which workflow to improve. This is a proposal to scope and approve, not an installed system or implementation included in the audit.
The example gives you material for an investment decision: the scenarios where you appear less consistently, observed competitor paths and work to consider. It does not establish why competitors appear, or that recommendations were implemented and won customers. Pages 4–10 of the public sample show the reasoning; use the current methodology when assessing a new audit.
After the audit: implementation and follow-up
The report helps you choose the work and who will carry it out. During the 45-minute debrief, you can discuss which priorities to tackle and whether you want your team, agency or Nord Paradigm to implement them. Implementation is scoped and priced separately so you can approve the work before it starts.
Nord Paradigm amounts are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Nord Paradigm currently advertises an Execution Block at C$1,999: 10 prepaid hours, valid for 90 days and tracked in 30-minute increments, for approved tasks arising from the Pro plan. One Breach Pro Follow-up Report is included at no extra cost (a C$499 value), 120 days after the initial report, with a 30-minute debrief. Examples include content, markup and web-presence corrections, vendor coordination, mapping a narrowly scoped workflow, or preparing a low-risk prototype. The published terms require a separate engagement for tasks above four hours, sensitive access or production integrations; larger projects are scoped separately.
The Follow-up Report is included with the 10-hour Execution Block, or available on its own at C$499, 120 days after the initial report. It includes a 30-minute debrief and a comparable rerun to examine what changed and choose the next priority. A material change to the market, language, offer or competitors requires a new full baseline. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
You can stop after the audit, ask Nord Paradigm to implement agreed priorities, and commission a follow-up when appropriate. See the current implementation and follow-up offers.

Our Pro recommendation rests on fit with its published package and the evidence you can inspect. It does not establish that another provider could not meet the same need.
Several providers also offer implementation. Compare the scope, approvals, handover and measurement after changes; that support is not exclusive to Breach Pro.
Five questions to ask before ordering
- Which questions and markets will you test, and in which languages?
- What answers, dates, sources and competitor evidence will I receive?
- How do you handle repetition, inconsistent answers and unavailable engines?
- Will the plan name the work to consider and what needs checking before it starts?
- What discussion, prepared corrections, implementation or follow-up does the price include?
A larger question count, more engines or a longer report can be useful. Choose them because they serve your decision, alongside the quality of the evidence and explanation.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an AI visibility audit cost in Canada?
Published prices here range from $499 to a starting price of $2,995, for different scopes. Not every page specifies currency: consult the table and confirm the final fee and taxes; this shortlist is not a market average.
How many prompts does Breach Pro test?
It uses 24 distinct buyer questions, repeated three times in ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude: 216 planned executions when all engines are available. Repetitions examine variability rather than adding new questions.
What do I receive for C$999?
A personalized 12–14-page report, buyer-question and competitor evidence, a prioritized 90-day action plan and a 45-minute debrief. Delivery is within three business days after the completed questionnaire and payment. Nord Paradigm can provide implementation and follow-up as separate purchases; they are available next steps, rather than part of the C$999 fee.
Does Breach Pro cover Google AI Overviews?
Yes. Breach Pro covers Google AI Overviews as well as its core ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude battery. The 216 planned executions refer specifically to that three-assistant battery.
What should I confirm for French and English customers?
Agree the languages and regions covered by the quoted question set. Breach Pro has English and French offer and methodology pages; the public sample reproduced here is French, and it does not establish that both languages are tested within every audit.
Can Nord Paradigm implement the recommendations?
Yes. You can commission Nord Paradigm to carry out agreed priorities through a separate implementation engagement, or use your team or agency. The C$1,999 Execution Block includes 10 prepaid hours and one Breach Pro Follow-up Report at no extra cost (a C$499 value); larger or more sensitive work needs its own scope.
Must I complete Breach Free first?
No. Breach Free is an optional diagnostic of public website and trust signals, not a test of AI recommendations or a prerequisite to Pro.
Does an audit guarantee recommendations or customers?
No. Mentions, citations, favourable recommendations and customers are different outcomes. The audit supplies dated observations and priorities, not a guarantee of rankings, future visibility or revenue.
